Pricing/Quotes – All pins and accessories are priced on a custom basis. The price for each custom pin depends on size and quantity first, then the pin type. The final price also includes any accessories, extra colors, or special effects. All pricing is valid for 90 days from the date quoted, but may be valid longer, please call. Artwork/Design - Art and design is always FREE at CustomPins! If you have an idea for a pin but do not have the resource to design it we will be happy to provide art services for you at no cost. Send us your ideas or art files (we can take any format) and feel free to forward them to us for our opinions and suggestions. Just use our quote form  FREE QUOTE  and someone will get back to you within one business day.

Confirmation of Order – Once we are in agreement on the size, type, price etc, we will prepare your pin proof, and invoice you. No deposit is required until your pin proof is completely satisfactory.

Production Time - Your custom order is received in our warehouse from 14-21 days after your pin proof is approved and placed into production. Rush service (with and without extra charges) is available as we will always try to meet your deadlines at the lowest cost to you.

Pre-production Samples – A single, custom designed sample of your pin is available at no extra charge as a pre-production approval sample against a confirmed order. Only coloring and plating changes can be made as we guarantee the pin design, shape and “stamped” features will match your approved proof. We can change these at no charge for the production order. If you have to cancel your order, a $150 cancellation fee will apply.

Single Sample - We can produce your art and mold and one sample pin for the flat fee of $150 (up to 2”). If you place an order for 300 or more pins within 6 months, we will credit $75 back to your total invoice.

Shipping – CustomPins is proud to include FedEx ground shipping as part of our one price policy. Shipping and handling is included for FREE with all our quotes. We can ship from to you in as little as 12 days with no extra charge. 7 day express service is also available. Please call for details. We are happy to ship alternate ways if you prefer.

Payment Terms – A 50% deposit is required of new customers at the time of art approval. The balance is due immediately upon receipt of your order. Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and company or personal checks. Purchase orders must be approved prior to production.

Re-Order – Re-Ordering is easy as we keep your molds in stock for 3 years. Re-orders may be subject to further discount from the initial order, depending on quantity.

Special Offers - Present all special offers before obtaining an estimate for your order. Special offers must be used within time allowed for the offer up to expiration date. Offers extended beyond expiration date must be approved prior to production. Some special offers may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Copyrights/Trademarks/Licenses - Placement of an order with CustomPins constitutes an agreement by the customer that they are authorized to use the trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark, patent or copyright disputes. All logos, names and trademarks shown in our printed materials as well as our Web site are not intended for sales and do not imply endorsement by the company represented. Once delivered and paid for, the design of you pin becomes your property and will not be sold to anyone else without your expressed written permission.

Promotion - CustomPins reserves the right to use photo graphics of pins in promotional materials and on our Web site, unless notified in writing by the customer at the time the order is placed. U.S. Customs Law - By U.S. Customs ruling, Country of Origin must be stamped on each pin or product or gum labeled on each individual packaging item. CustomPins uses manufacturing facilities in China, the United States and Canada.

Cancellations - Cancellation or changes to your order already in progress are subject to all costs incurred at time of cancellation.
