How To Order
Call us toll-free at 888-922-9378 or email us at quotes@custompins.com. A friendly sales person will be happy to provide a quote for you free, same day service. Upon receipt of your order, our sales person meets with a member of our Art Services team to review your design and ensure the artwork and imagery choices you have made are appropriate for your objectives. Art can be provided to us as a high-resolution jpg, tif or eps file. We work on the Windows platform. If you do not have art for your new pins, we will be happy to design the pins for you at no cost. We will also design the full color presentation card to complement your program. Art Services will put together a specification sheet showing the pin design in full color and include details such as quantity, size, process, plating, packaging and delivery time. It is sent to you as a jpg file via email where you may check it at your leisure, sign and fax back to us with your comments. Our fax number is 914-939-4328. Your pins are then crafted with care and delivered to you within three-four weeks. If you would like to see a sample of your pins first, we will have a finished pin ready and delivered to your door within three weeks. PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to begin production of your new pins. If you choose to pay in full, a discount is applied. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as checks and Purchase Orders.
